First off, let me say thank you to the great ladies who sell these products, they have graciously provided the prizes for this Back To School giveaway! 

PLEASE FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS, TO MAKE IT EASIER ON ME & YOU!!! =)

The entry for this giveaway is simple, you have to complete this ENTRY FORM and email it to ashbp.avon@yahoo.com.  All information sent is only for this giveaway, it will not be shared with anyone & will be deleted upon the giveaways completion. MULTIPLE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!

The prizes up for grabs are featured on Ashley's Avonpage under the photo album “BACK TO SCHOOL” Each picture has details underneath, and also an item number. On the entry form you will need to list the items you want to be entered for. If you want to be entered for ALL items, then simply put ALL. The most important part of this giveaway is to “like” the sponsors Facebook page.  If you submit an entry & are not a fan, you will not be entered to win that item. 

This giveaway is in no way sponsored or endorsed by Facebook. All items provided are from the individual who owns the business.  Avon, Mary Kay, & Tupperware are not connected to this giveaway, each product bearing those names are graciously donated by the Independent Representatives of that company.  Some sponsors may charge shipping for their items, it is the winner’s responsibility to pay for the sponsors requested shipping.  If you do not want to pay shipping, then do not enter to win the item. If you do not plan to purchase anything, then please do not enter to win the discounts or special price offers, let someone who will actually use them win.

When winners are announced, it will be the winner’s responsibility to contact the sponsor to claim the item & give them your address & set up a payment plan for shipping if needed. If the sponsor tells me that the winner has not responded in 3 days, I will remind the winner & give them another day to respond.  If they fail to respond after 4 days, I will re-draw for that prize.

To simplify:

1.       Go to Ashley’s Avon & look at the Sponsors items, in the album labeled “BACK TO SCHOOL GIVEAWAY”

2.       “LIKE” Ashley’s Avon & “LIKE” the sponsors Facebook page for each item you plan to enter for.

3.       Fill out the entry form, each piece of information needs to be filled out.

4.       Send the form to ashbp.avon@yahoo.com , SUBJECT: B2S GIVEAWAY ENTRY

The giveaway will be open for 1 week from August 1^st until August 7^th at Midnight.  No late or early entries will count.
